About myself

I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics and Business Economics of Aarhus University. In 2022–24, I was a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow at Aarhus University and FAIR at NHH Norwegian School of Economics. I am affiliated with the Economic Science Laboratory at the University of Arizona, and with the Rockwool Foundation Berlin.

I am a micro-economist and my research centers on experimental economics and the economics of discrimination. I draw on several other fields, such as behavioral and labor economics.

My work has been published in the Journal of Political Economy, JEBO, and Economic Inquiry, and I am the recipient of a DFF Research Project 1 grant (approx. 425,000 EUR or 500,000 USD) to work on beliefs about gender differences and actual differences from 2026 to 2029.
